What is an Extrait de Parfum?
Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance. Every VERA AURA perfume is an Extrait de Parfum, presented in a 50 ml bottle.
What is the difference between Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum?
An Extrait de Parfum contains a higher concentration of perfume oils than an Eau de Parfum. It tends to sit closer to the skin and last longer, so one or two sprays are usually enough.
Are VERA AURA perfumes unisex?
Yes. Each fragrance is designed to unfold uniquely on the skin and to be worn by anyone.
Where are VERA AURA perfumes made?
Every VERA AURA perfume is made in the UAE.
How do I choose a fragrance?
Each product page lists the top, heart and base notes under Details. You can also compare all four fragrances on Find Your Fragrance.
Which fragrance suits the day, and which the evening?
VELORA is fresh and light enough for the day, all year round. VÉDORIA, VÉLORIA and VÉNORA are warmer and best in the evening; VÉDORIA and VÉNORA are especially suited to the cooler months.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep the bottle closed, upright and away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the fragrance.

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is complimentary on every order across the UAE.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
